Fitness Girl! Hahaha! So I joined Planet Fitness.
Lately I have just been feeling like I need to workout, but I cannot get motivated at home... So I decided to do something for myself and joined the gym. Tonight was my first night of working out. Hopefully I am going to sick with it and do it at least 4/5 times a week...that's my goal.
I'm not sore or anything tonight, BUT I bet I will be tomorrow! I jogged 2.5 miles and lifted lots of weights. We shall see...wish me LOTS of luck!

    Good for you! So I have been so mad at myself for getting out of shape, I have been making excuses for almost 2 years. Last week I started my pilates back up again and am hoping I stick with it, we'll help motivate each other and keep on track!
