For lunch I had :

Salad with tomato, carrots, celery, and walnuts with a lemon and EVOO dressing and a little salt and pepper. A bowl of pineapple, and a glass of water with lemon.
Later in the evening I had:
A wonderful glass of St. Julian's red table wine.

    Ymmmmm. I don't know what sounds better, the wine or the salad. They both sound and look very delish!

    Ha! I skipped the salad and went straight for the wine! Good for you for being healthy!
