This weekend has been alright. Im kinda kicking myself for not going to Chicago with the other girls that blog. I was going to go, but then I realized that I had a paper due the following week, 2 big tests and another project. And honestly, I think apart of me held back from going because I was worried that I would feel out of place. Stupid I know. But everyone that went is married and has kids. So ...silly me, I worried about it. I still shouldn't have let it stop me from going, right? Anyway, I decided not to go, and hopefully they will all want to meet up again soon and I will be able to go then, right?

So what have I accomplished? I have a good start on my paper. 5 our of the 8 pages are done, and I hopefully will be able to work on it some more and finish the darn thing. Its due Thursday so I want to have it done and ready to go, so I don't have to worry about it. Tonight I also want to start on my other project. Its called a "pedboard" and its something that is done in a medical office and its kinda like balancing the checkbook ( which I HATE doing). Ehhh.

I really want to become more "Crafty" .......I have made a few quilts, scrapbook, and can knit one thing which is washcloths. But I want to learn something new.....any suggestions???

Well that's it for now, Im gonna try to get some work done!

You should have come....Maria and I don't have kids either. The only prerequisite is to have a blog and you DO! You'll have to come next time... :)

You should have come! Not everyone has kids! You'd have had fun. Next time, though... next time! And... I think us Michigan girls are going to plan an overnight in Michigan City, IN this fall... leave Sat. morning and take the train to Chicago one day and then go to the outlets the next day. You'll have to come along with us.
