Life's Moments

This past weekend was crazy busy!

Bobby's 22nd birthday was on Saturday.

On Friday I surprised him by taking him out to Bufalo Wild Wings in E. Lansing to meet up with some friends. I totally forgot my camera.. But Tom, Ashley, Dan, Lonni, Brian, Lindsey, Christina and another Dan all met up with us. It was a lot of fun. We all sat around talked, joked, and just got to catch up with one another. It was great. We all had a couple drinks and just relaxed.....I think we all really needed it!

On Saturday, it was raining. Bobby and I were going to go wine tasting. But we decided to hold off because of the rain. Instead we took a nap :) went to Finley's ( if you go there on your birthday they give you a free dinner! How sweet is that!?!? ) And then cuddled up on the couch and watched a movie. Bobby's parents/sister we gone for the day at a birthday party. So we planned to "celebrate" on Sunday.

Sunday was a hot one. . . I went over to Bobby's house and from there we went to a couple local wineries. We tasted some wines, and bought a couple bottles! ;) After that we went back to the house, and I helped his mom make dinner. We made BBQ ribs, baked sweet patatoes, and corn on the cob. I was the one working the grill...man what a hot job. It was 90* outside and I was burning up. So after dinner all went to the C's pool and took a dip. It felt sooo good. We finished the night with yummy chocolate silk pie.

I was horrible about taking pictures this weekend. I did manage to snap a few on Sunday after dinner.
