Good Morning! Yes I am posting again!!! Wooohooo!!! I just hope that people are actually reading this. ...
My externship is going great so far. Yesterday was only day 2 and I really am liking it the doctor's office I am at, the people there have been awesome!! I got to see a few procedure done and I had to give a cute little 4 year old boy a shot. The poor little guy just sobbed. Luckily they don't see kids/babies all that often. I don't know if I could give shots to little ones all the time...I guess I would have to think about how this vaccine will help them stay healthy. The shot actually did go well...little kids are hard because they are sooo skinny (most the time!) and so its easy to hit the bone, but I didn't! I was so proud! haha. That was my first shot since I finished my classes...but shhhhhhhh don't tell! :)
I started to nanny this week as well. And I think so far, so good. The kids are really cute! Yesterday we walked to a small park on the lake and played, and when we got back, they were worn out! I gave them lunch at 11, and the oldest Haden went down for a nap right after he was finished. I watch them again today and then tomorrow. If you have any neat little kid craft/activity ideas, send them my way....the kids are little 3 and 19months, so simple stuff....but I would love any ideas you may have! Please Share!!!!

for the little kids, if it's nice out, maybe a big bin of water with some measuring cups, utensils, etc to play in. play catch (or 'roll' :) with balls. maybe you could make playdough?
