Friday night, Bobby and I went to watch a baseball game at Comerica Park. It was soooo much fun!!!! The park itself was really neat, there was just so much going on that I felt like I couldn't catch it all at one glance. My eyes were constantly moving back and forth.

We arrived in Detroit and Bobby drove me around the Wayne State Campus so I could see it. (I didn't realize Comerica Park and Wayne State were close by to each other.) The campus is really nice looking. It looks like Wayne has a lot of newer buildings. Then we went and found a place to park and started walking up to the park. We got into the park and walked around a bit, then decided to get something to eat...hot dogs of course! We found our seats, which had a really great view of everything. We were sitting kinda between third base and the left field. We could see the entire field, and we could see all the buildings of D-town really well.

The game started out slow... The Athletics's got a couple runs in right away...But in the 4th inning, the Tigers started to swing their bats! With a GRAND SLAM by Thames and a few other great hits, Tigers were in the lead.

The Tigers didn't stay ahead long. The Athletics's won by 6 runs. The end score was 16 -10. It was kinda crazy! We had a really fun night!!!

Cute pics! Travis and I wanted to take his friends to see the game Saturday, but they were sold out (except for expensive stading room only spots!!) I feel like I haven't see you in forever. We need to get together soon. I am heading out that way this Thursday...:)
